We assess grinding media requirements by bead composition, size range, density, wear performance and mill type before issuing a commercial proposal.

Zirconium silicate beadsGeneral-purpose media for coatings, inks and pigments.

Yttria-stabilised zirconia beadsHigh-density, low-wear media for fine and demanding dispersions.

Size rangesTo specification, typically from 0.3 mm upward, subject to the mill screen and product.

Mill make and model, chamber volume, screen or gap size, product being milled, target particle size and incumbent media.

Composition, density, size distribution, sphericity, hardness and a stated wear or attrition basis where available.

Quantity, packaging, origin, delivery basis, lead time and required TDS, COA and SDS documentation are set out clearly in the proposal.
